    Maybe a stupid question

I have searched but are library references made at the database level or the user level. For instance I have checked the box in available references to Acrobat Access 3.0 Type Library. If I distribute the front end to several users will it carry this reference or does it need to be made on each of their computers?

It will carry over, providing they have the appropriate library installed. This is a common problem with distributed applications, perhaps most commonly seen with Office references. You might have a reference to Outlook 2007, which will work fine if the user has 2007. If they have 2003, the reference will be broken.
