    i cannot answer you question in #43 coz im in the internet cafe. i dont remember how many records it was in one table. anyway, allan, this is only my request, if you could just post my forum in an announce so that many will see it. i am just hoping many will react on my forum so that many of us will request for it. i cannot stay longer.

    RuralGuy.... I am a new learned of ms access. How can I connect ms access to SQL ? do I need a SQL server so that I can connect access to SQL ?

    You should start a new thread and yes you need SQL Server but there is the free Express SQL Server that is downloadable from MS.

    Aha! Mysterious error message

    I kept getting >>Cannot open database ". It may not be a database that your application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt.<< It said nothing about the db size. I just checked folder and the file reads 2,097,024KB.
