    i want to create a help file for my project. how can i do this job.

    There are many different ways but I like using HelpScribble by JGSoft.

    It is easy to use, you can add screenshots and hotspots to the screenshots (to link to other help topics) and I was up and running with it in only a few minutes.

    It is US $99 but it is well worth it in my book because once you get it built you can add the reference numbers to the various parts of your database and, depending on where someone is, they can hit F1 and have help come up. You can do it for free using the Microsoft Help workshop and Word but it is much more work which this tool makes much easier.
