Form Issue (repetitive fields)

Hi,

I created a form and inside, fields are coming from tlbEquipment and then I created another form inside of that form where fields will be coming from tblSupplies.



For tblSupplies form, I used 10 text boxes (names Supplies1, Supplies2, ... Supplies 10) to fill out when I have supplies. The problem is when it's in Form View it shows sections after section of 10 fields (non-stop)....

I only need 10 fields and that's it but I'm having a hard time to get that. I guess this is also the reason why when I print my report, infinite blank is showing for my supplies and I'm wasting a lot of paper.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Without knowing your data structure or having an example database I'm guessing that your database is not normalized (i.e. you're trying to store 10 supply numbers on a single record) which can really hose things up.

If you can provide an example of your tables and the contents of those tables or better yet a sample database it would be easier to diagnose your problem.

I tried using subform so I can use a different query and it worked! Thanks so much for checking on this. I was about to give you an example but then I tried the subform first as my last option.
