Search Form Results Displayed In Report

    Hi,

Ive been only working with access for 6 months and have a substantial recipe database that I have created.

Attached is a screen shot and SQL of my recipe search form.

I have two problems I hope someone can easily solve for me...

    1. The results of the search form (which has numerous search critera that can be imposed) will then only preview the filtered results in the corrisponding report. (Have highlighted the current SQL in red box but this only gives me all records).

    2. I have an ingredient search which searches a subform within the form that is on the search form. Was wondering if this filter can also work with the other search criteria that is being asked for, currently it work alone as a filter but would be good to have all filtered recipes for example that use "carrots" ingredient and have "Basic Cut" Category. (have also highlighted the SQL in red box to indicate.)

Thanks for your time and hope you can help me with my issues.
