    Interesting multi query problem.

    I have a form that populates with the following query:

    Code:
    SELECT D_License.ID, D_License.Date_Completed, D_License.Called, D_License.Last_Name, D_License.First_Name, D_License.Phone_Number, D_License.Code
    FROM D_License
    WHERE (((D_License.Called)="Yes") AND ((DatePart("yyyy",[Date_Completed]))=[Forms]![DnotG]![Yr]))
    ORDER BY D_License.Last_Name;
    This produces exactly what I want - which is a list of names culled from the main list based upon the year chosen (Yr), and where the status of the call is "Yes".

    What I want to do is the following: I want to compile a list of all names from table OTHER_TABLE and ONLY include those names from D_License where the name IS NOT in OTHER_TABLE. Any help??

    Try the Find Unmatched query wizard.
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
