    Question about Option Groups

Is there a way to make checkboxes in option groups uncheckable meaning that if I select an option, is it possible for me to unselect it without selecting another checkbox?

Don't put the CheckBoxes in an OptionGroup.

The reason why I am asking this question is because I am working on a form that represents a questionnaire. Initially, I included each question in an option group with 4 options. Each option represents a value that will be recorded in the "tblQuestionnaires" table. However, my client wants to be able to select only one option, but if they make a mistake, they want to be able to uncheck that box without having to check another. Is there a way for this to be done?

You can create your own OptionGroup that works as you like.
