I have been asked by a friend who volunteers for a local disability charity to find a way of creating a simple appointment booking calendar which disabled staff and volunteers can operate, but which will be viewable online.
I've looked into the possibility of creating something which once an appointment is made will post the details to a google calendar, but cannot find out if this is possible.
Existing free appointment-booking programs which are internet based are all too complicated or cluttered in appearance to be suitable for the users. Basically, the appointment should be made up of the following:
A Start date and time.
A staff member.
A contact name/address/telephone number for the person asking for the appointment.
A reason for the appointment (which will dictate how long the appointment will be blocked-out in the calendar for e.g. a benefits review interview should last for 2 hours).
Does anyone know of something which already exists, or suggest a way of getting an Access db (which I'm happy to create) to integrate with an online calendar?
Many thanks for your attention
