    Question how to copy previous record data to next record ?

    hi,



    i have "tblitemmaster " ( field name like [autonumber],[model], [description])
    how i can copy previous field data to next record same field ? by press function key (f3) ?

    [description]=coke
    then in second record same field [description] = coke by press function key (f3)

    Press and hold Ctrl key and then press " key.
