    Multi table query & report

OK first off, I am a beginner at access. I have created a db with 36 tables and 37 forms. I have 36 store locations and I need to keep up with money that is issued to them. I have made a table for each location and a form for each location and one main menu form for ease of use to all other forms.

I need to have a few search buttons on the main form to search by date by dollar amount and one for issued by (see code below)

the tables are named QS # (# = the store number)

How do I go about setting up these queries and get it to report after the search?
This is what my tables look like. Let me know if I need to provide any more information.

    Thanks

    Code:
Record # Issue Date Dollar Amount Issue Reason Issued By

To search in any store? Your database is not normalized. Rather than tables for each store, the data should be in one table with an extra field for the store number. That would make your search easy. I'd change the design, but if you don't you can create a UNION query to pull all the tables into one (normalizing the data), then search that query.

So you suggest instead of having a table for each store just to add a store number field to the table?

Main Table Store # Issue Date Dollar Amount Issue Reason Issued By 36 7/6/2011 $123.00 12 12

    Yes, that's what I suggest.
