    Close form but remember record

I want to know if its possible to close a form, but on next open, to open on the last record viewed. both for Single forms, and split forms.

If so, how would i go about doing this.

You could have a table with only 1 record. When you're about to close the Form, you could save the Id of the record (and date/Time) that was on the Form. This could even be a record in a text file (not necessarily a table).

When you next open the form, you could open the Table and put out a message indicating the record Id and the Date/Time.

    Just some thoughts.

    Look at Allen Browne's site:

"Return to the same record next time form is opened"
