export format

Is there a way to export a report to word without loosing some of the formating, such as lines etc.

I have a button set up to click where the output is a .RTF file for now, but i have to do extra formatting in word when I import.



just looking for an easier way to do this.... any ideas?

Does it have to be Word or would PDF work for you?

It has to be Word because I am e-mailing the document to someone for their input in a memo form.

They don't have access to our database and the memo pulls items based on a loan number.
