    Talking How to store data many row in one table

    I want to use access to store and display data many rows as the file i attached so please see attachment file.

    *PerpetratorName field can input more than one. How to do store data and display data in control use Ms. Access. What control to use to enter many data? Please help or attach this code in access for me. Thanks so much

    You have to create two separate tables [Victims] and [Perpetrators] and link them with a 1 to Many or a Many to Many relationship.

    The other way - NOT TO BE CONSIDERED - is to have a Text field where you can write all perpetrator's names, but this result in a number of problems.

    Thank you so much. Could you please make one form for me that can enter many name of perpetrator and name of vitim as the name of victim only one but perpetrator can 1 or more than one? and how to display it?
