Radio buttons to make an entry weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.

I have an Access 2007 db that I'm putting together. When a user enters information into the input form the user would need to mark if the task is entered needs to be done on a one time, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis. I have this set up as radio buttons for each one. What I need to have happen is when the user checks the Monthly button I need the entry into the database to be set up multiple times for to reflect each month. Does this sound like the best way to do this, if so I would I make this happen? Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.
