    I would think you would join the BookingDate with the ImportantDate fields and *not* the ImportantDateID field.

    The relationship becomes 'Indeterminate' when linking those two fields.

    Can you put an unique index on the ImportantDate field and try it again? No duplicates.

    It still returns blank fields in the query.
