Do not show records which share a certain value in common

Using Access 2010. Want to query all records except for those that share a certain field in common with another record. Example below:

Example of table to build query from:

    Name Order#
    Mike 1234
    Paul 4455
    Jim 1234

Example of what desired query results:

    Name Order#
    Paul 4455

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Glen
