    Exclamation Report grouping

    Hi guys,

Need some serious and urgent help here!

My report is not properly grouping the data.

The dbase is supposed to record the status leads (potential client) pursued during any given period.

Leads currently in pursuit are labled with the status "open."

Leads that are no longer in pursuit are labled with the status "closed." For these leads, the manager must also record a score. A score of "new" means the lead was converted into a client. A score of "no go" means the lead was not converted.

For any given lead, a partner must also record a COI - name of a person who referred the lead to our firm.

I am trying to prepare a report which shows results as follows:
    Status - closed
Score - New and No Go (two seperate breakdowns)
    COI - multiple

    Status - open
    Score - WIP
    COI - multiple

For some reason, my dbase isn't breaking down the report by the different COIs - Morrisons, other, none, etc.

Dbase is too big to attach. If you'd like, I can email it to you.

It just shows all the leads under one COI, which is incorrect!

Can anyone please help me figure this out? You're help is truly appreciated?

    THANK YOU!

You have Group sections for Status and Score?
COI is in the Detail section?

Can you extract the report and related tables to another project and attach that? Remove confidential data, delete records to only a few for testing, Compact & Repair, zip if needed (2 mb limit on zip).
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
