    Help with tables

I am new to this and would like to have someones opinion on how many and what tables I should create for the spreadsheet that I am attaching. I want to start off on the right foot.

The Accounts (loweast, lowcentral, lowwest, etc.........) refer to states. So I assume that I need a table labeled accounts for which I can put in the states....I just don't know what fields I should combine into one table.

    Your spreadsheet is not attached.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

That PDF doesn't help me understand your data. What is nature/purpose of the data? What information do you want to keep track of? In designing a db, need to determine the entities - customers, products, orders, vendors, employees, etc. - of your data. Determine relationships and design tables to suit.
