Export Specific Data

Hi Everyone,

Is there anyway to export specific data out of access into excel.



For example, I have an access data base that lists payments that I have made to many different vendor throughout the year. Is there a way to export a specific vendor's information to excel, without exporting all the other vendors??

You could export a query that selects the data.

My access database has only one table that has all the information. I am very new to Access and was under the assumption that queries involve multiple tables. Would I need to create other tables to filter out the specific data and then export or is it possible to scan the initial table and export all info related to a specific vendor?
