ODBC ERROR no number to report

I keep getting a ODBC Error on an existing db for a user when she tries to run a query. However, she can copy a query and import a table in the same db. I've checked the TNS files and they are where they should be. I've made all of the odbc connections in Administrative Tools as well as Access. What is wrong?
