You guys been great help I am now stuck with another problem... I am creating a form for small company and I need to show basic calculation on the form. We have four quarters. The first quarter is between April - June (3months). Let's say I enter project expense on May for $7,500. Because April has already passed, I want to only allocate $5000 as project expense. I want to show this on the form automatically. How do I setup a form so that access know my company's quarter system and calculate correct amount of expense for that quarter?
