Encryption via Adobe, upload data to Access

We have 100 records in a database and each record is an individual person. Can we use Adobe to send each person his encrypted pre-populated form that was created in Access, have him input a password to access it, change any information, submit back to me, then have the information automatically update the Access database?

you need to be asking this in an adobe forum. and by the way, make sure to offer a good description of this. WAY better than this one, because the guys on the adobe site's forums are very smart and very detailed. but what else would you expect from people that work with that software, right?
