I have a table which looks like this example (linked to an excel file)
Name Project Date1 Date2 Date3
n1........p1......x1.....x2.....x3
n2........p2......x1.....x2.....x3 (x's = hours per person per project on
n3........p3......x1.....x2.....x3 given week ending date Date1 ect..)
what I am trying to do is create a report, and utimatily a form to select these field names, that I can specify a Name(n1) and a Week Ending Date(Date1) and it will return a list off all Projects(p1) that they have hours(x1) associated with and those hours per Project(p1) for that given week. I have every week ending date loaded as a column in excel and formulas which are calculating the hours spread per person given a date range they will be on that project
I am sure I need to write code for this but for the life of me, I can not come up with anything. Thanks in advance for any suggestions and help.
