I've created a database for our company staff. Considering that there are more than 300 records in the database, I need a way to search out the record I want and then be able to view / edit them.
For instance, I need to be able to search by staff name "Andrew" and have it display all the records with that name in a list and when I select the record I want out of that list, it opens up the form for me to see and edit.

Any ideas on how this can be done? Would really appreciate the help.
