Income and outcome

I have two table.
One "Income" (Details with their prices, some details have two or three diffrent prices)
In the scenod table "Outcome" I want introduce outcome details without itroduce their prices. I want that computer choose the prices alone, take these prices from tabele "Income" taking a minimal price for this record.

If I understand you correctly, this can be done with some VBA code. But it will be difficult to discuss here with out seeing more of what you want to do.

I have made program, but I have stopped on describing problem.
this mean in technology I have details without price, but in the magazine I have details with price. On producents order I want automatically outcome details from magazine.
Is possible sending my program for you by email.
