    Twice!

    Hello-

I created a simple DB a few years back to store historical call volume data for my call center, and I set up a query to tap into this data. Well, recently, the query began asking for the query criteria twice. I haven't made any changes, so I'm confised as to why it began doing this. The criteria is simply: Between [start date] and [end date] and [CT Number?].

    Any ideas?

    Whats a CT Number?

If its not in date format, how would you be able to go between StartDate , EndDate and a Random Number?

CT stands for Contact Type, which is a fancy way of saying "type of phone call." So the tables are: Date, CT, Actual Volume, Forecasted Volume. The query results in a sum of both Actual vs. Forecast for the specified date range.

Please post the Shortend SQL to that query, Like you don't have to include all the Selected fields if they are non-relevant.
Can you also give an example of what the CT Number looks like please.

    Cheers

A CT number is a 4 digit number. For example, 3066.

    However...

I actually solved the problem. I had a 2 tables in the query that both contained "CT." I removed one of the tables, ran the query and it worked fine. I guess I just needed to talk through it!
