Crashing when compiled

We have compiled the access application in package solution (2010) and run it on Runtime Access 32 bit. It works fine when the full program of Access on one computer and on the other computer it runs fine with runtime.
However some have experienced a shut down when running it on other computers. One with full access and the other with just runtime. Any thoughts on this? All files install to the same location.

my thought would be "it happens". Other than that, what else is there to expect when there are no facts to go off of?
