Blue Streak through my form header

In my database i have a blue streak through some of my forms and not on others and i have compared the properties of both and they are identical as how i set them. I cannot select this blue streak and want to remove it as it is making my database look unprofffesional.

If anyone knows what the problem is or how to fix it i would be very very happy for some feedback.

I trust that while the form is in design view that the 'streak' can not be clicked upon and thus is not a control of any kind true?

Assuming it is not the background then is it a graphics card issue....seeing this on multiple PCs or just one?

thank you but i have sorted it now, but still have no explanation why it was there. I had to create new forms and copy the data over.
