    Need help with dates

Hello everyone I am new to this forum and I have a problem. I have started a database witch involves keeping track of the age of employees when they turn 50. My boss wants a year start date and a year end date that will give us an update as to when the employees turns 50. So if he runs a search on an employee he can see when they turn 50. I am fairly good with Access. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for your help Orange, What I have is a table set up with employees names, start date, and end date I have not set up the realations as of yet because I wanted someone from this forum to help me along with the process. One thing I will say is thanks to any of you who help me, This task was just put on my desk one day because I know the most about Access while the other people work more on Excel but I am no expert. But I can follow direction's.
