automatically update phone number field on form based on associated entry in table

I have a table (Contacts) with the following fields First Name, Last Name, Business Phone, etc.

In form (Issues) I have a drop-down field with the following SELECT Contacts.ID, Contacts.[First Name] & " " & Contacts.[Last Name] AS Expr1 FROM Contacts ORDER BY Contacts.[Last Name]; so that it's displayed with first + last name (i.e. Joe Blow).

What I would like to then do is, after update have the selected users phone number populate the forms phone number field automatically.

I am just blanking right now.

    Please help.
