    Timecard

I am trying to create a report that looks like our companies existing timecard (see below). Our time is broken down by Job, then phase (type of work), classification (pay rate) and finally by day. Each day can have three different types of hour depending on the overtime. I can't seem to come up with a way to display this so that it looks like the existing time cards. The company I work for is willing to let me do my time electronically, as long as it fits looks like their existing timecard, Currently they use Microsoft Excel to fill out the timecards. The best solution for me would be to output my data from Access directly into the Excel spreadsheet and into the proper cells.

    Thanks
    Vince

This might be an instant where Excel is the better tool for the job.
