    Attachments in Report

Hello I've got a reporting system, with the following fields; start_date, end_date, description, image.

At the moment this takes up alot of my time, the description sometimes have up to 30 images (this takes long to add each image).

Would it be possible to add all the images in one record, and in the report section show all of the images?

30 images in one report record doesn't sound like a good approach.

in general; images are separate files that are attachments to a record - in the database. in your case where there is a variable quantity and up to 30 to a record then you want a subform/subtable approach .....

in general; one uses a form, not a report, because forms are dynamic - people can look at the data on-screen and if they need to view any of the images they can click on the attachment....this means you aren't calling in all the data of the images unless specifically requested by the human...

    Hope this helps.
