    DB not allowing multiple users

    Hi All

Im hoping someone can help me out, we have a pretty simple DB that just has records added and updated. This DB was created by a collage that has long left so know very little about the set up and actually very little about access.

What our issue is is that we have multiple people now using the DB but when i try and find a record that someone else has entered i can't see it until i re-open the DB, we would like more and more people to use it but that wouldn't be possible with a flaw like this. Any ideas what we might be able to change to allow multiple people to access/use this at the same time and update so we don't have to keep re-opening?

thanks for any help you can offer
