Count of field based on specific values

I have a table that includes a field called ABC_Rank. this field returns the values of A, B, C, or N. these are how we have our companies customer rankings setup. i need to know how to get a total for each. this report is by sales rep so i will need an individualized total for each rep as well as an ending report total for all reps w/ a,b,c,n ranking

In other words the result from what i have pasted below would be:
A - 1
B - 2
C - 1
N - 5
