    Oracle to MSACCESS

    Hi ,

I have to perform the following task :

FORM->connects to database A -> uses DB link to query Database B table xyz.

    Here Database is oracle 11g.

Earlier , I had created a direct connectivity to the table in database B using oracle client Microsoft ODBC Administrator. But client wants it to be without oracle client.

Is there any method to achieve it ?

    Thanks and Regards
    kk

    Please describe the situation clearly.

Database is Oracle 11g ???? Database A or Database B or both?
Where does the MS Access fit (since you're 2003)

    eg
I have an Access 2003 database on local machine. It is using linked (server based Oracle(11g)) tables. I am using MSoft ODBC driver. I have an Access Form that gets data from both Access and Oracle tables....The problem/issue I am facing is.....

Is there an IT/DBA group maintaining Oracle? If so, are you part of it? etc.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
