Issues with Auto populated fields

Hi. This is my first time visiting your site. I have found it very useful. I am creating a simple database to track some departments. I have the faculty name and want to populate the department they work in automatically. Faculty name can be selected from a combo box. How do I get the department to populate? I have both fields in the same table, but in two different places on the form.
