Question (noob) How to put all records in a form label

I have 1 field column that I want to put all records in a single form label.

    How do I do this?

    Thanks!

Thanks HiTechCoach, but the link you gave me is so advanced! (for me)

It's difficult for me to follow it. :-(

I'm working on something, and it's a macro. I'm trying to count the number of records then make use of the goto record action. I just can't pass the value to a TempVar.

Is it possible to pass a specific value on a record to TempVars? Thanks.

Prior to Access 2007 the macros in Access with very limited. In 2007/2010 the macros have become more powerful, but still very limited. Macro are very limited in functionality for security reasons. Macros are enabled to run from all sources while VBA will only run when trusted/enabled. This is to help prevent any malicious actions like what you could do with VBA. This means macros should never come close to having the complete power to do everything you need like VBA.

Now with 2007, I am curious if this is possible with only a macro. Let me see what I can figure out with just macros. I will let you know what I figure out.

    Thanks!

I also tried query but did not work so well. My goal is to be able to filter/restrict sites for a user and be able to modify records.

Here's also a link of the query thread I posted to give you an idea of what I want to achieve.
