Question Passing parameters from a form

I have two issues. I am trying to pass two date fields and a data field from a form to a report that utilizes a query. In issue 1 The form is called employee report date. The printer control is defined to open the report and execute the three step macro. I get three pages printing (2) of the form and then the entire report, not just the employees records of the employee that was selected. In issue 2, I cannot figure out how to limit the directors report so it only shows employees that are associated with one of the directors in the employee table. The training Tracker table currently has no reference to the director assigned to that employee. Thanks in advance for any help on this as I am out of time on the project. I have zipped and attached the mdb file for clarification.

The form you want help with "employee report date" does not have a data source.
