    Post Testing Task - Forms

Can Access help me create a tracking system which would track testing results/task we do every 2-3 weeks. There are 7 main tasks and within those 7 main tasks is 5-10 sub tasks that need to be completed which are different.

    Example:
Under main task - New member Sign Up
What country (depending on country chosen only certain drop down info will be offered for selection)

Is this priority 1 or 2?

If they choose 1 then it will show what task is needed for this priority. (Priority 1 has different task from 2)

Task 1 - Verify you can do the following during this testing:
    1. Members name displayed – radio button
    2. Member’s address displayed- radio button
    3. Change edit members address - radio button
    4. Edit phone - radio button
    5. Members id - text box (this is unique)

Task 2 - Sign new members

What country (depending on country chosen only certain drop down info will be offered for selection)

    1. Create new account
    2. Change profile of member info (radio button)
    3. Change language (drop down)
    4. Shipping info (drop down)

    Main Task - Wholesale orders
What country (depending on country chosen only certain drop down info will be offered for selection)

    Priority 1 or 2
If they choose 1 then it will show what task is needed for this priority. (Priority 1 has different task from 2)

    Task 1 - wholesale order 1
    1. Buy ink - radio button
    2. Buy paper
    3. Change billing address
    4. Shipping info (drop down)

    Task 2 - wholesale order 2

    1. Buy ink
    2. Buy pens
    3. Change shipping address
    4. Change payment method

In each task there will be list of things that need to be completed, but may not be completed which will be tracked. Also need a text box in each task to write the members # or sale #. Text box for FYI for that particular country chosen which shows up every time I open this task. Another text box for any issues which may creep up while doing the task which will be saved off but not visible next time I open this task.

Hope I explained enough to get some feedback about feasibility for this project. Maybe there is other software out there that can do this and if anyone knows one that is "Free", no funds to buy anything let me know please. Hoping Access can do this.

Yes. MSAccess would be a great tool to use for this.
