    Command Buttons

Is there a way to make command buttons non printable in Access 2007? I have reports that utilize command buttons to print and save as. I want the buttons to be visible but not printable.

    Thanks

I think some controls have a property related to this, don't they? there's three options. something like "both", "print" and something else.

have you checked the property sheet of the buttons?

Was looking for the obvious "Print: yes/no" on the property sheet. I found it under "Display When" with options for Always, Print Only and Screen Only.

    Thanks for the assistance again
