Question How would I implement this?

I currently have a form that looks like this:

The four listboxes list values from a table (TABLE1). Is there a way to display TABLE1 in the yellow area, and change what is shown depeding on what is selected in a listbox? How would I go about doing this? Also, I have two buttons on the side (see above image). Is there a way to change the table shown to two separate tables depending on if the user clicks one of the buttons? And could the Listbox values be changed when the table changes? What would be the best way to implement this? Thanks!

Here's a link to show how to move things between listboxes. I think it will help.

    This is free video tutorial.
