can't create .mde (error 31675)

i'm trying to create an .mde out of my front end, but when i do, i get an error saying:

"You cannot create an .accde or .mde file from a disabled (non-trusted) database. If you trust the source of this database, you can enable it by using the Message bar."



I assume this is talking about the security warning that pops because of VBA Macros? If so, then how can I create an .mde file if I have all the menu's hidden in front end?
