Need help importing CPxml file into an access database

i need a vb code wich can import CPxml file types in an access database. The structure of my databse and the structure of CPxml files are described in the attachment. I am using Microsoft Access 2010. Just the framework of the vb code will be fine. Thanks!

You may wish to include some sample data. You could also give some links to CPxml definitions, rationale for its use etc.

I work as a land surveyor in the field of cadastre and land registration in Romania.
My ocupation is to carry out topographical surveys at various parcels of land and register them at the National Agency of Cadastre and Land Registration. This registration is based on a brief containing all the data needed: name, adress, topographical maps, etc..., and a digital file CPxml.
The CPxml file is uploaded in they're database called eTerra IBM. This CPxml file is created by me with an application provided by the National Agency of Cadastre and Land Registration. Basicly is a form in wich i fill in data about land and owner, then saved as a CPxml file.
As an engineer, i'm used mostly to work on CAD enviroments i have little knwollege on databases, and i chose Microsoft Access to create my own database to keep track of my registred projects.
And i want to load the CPxml into access database.

I have looked at importing xml files into Access and have found a few links but because I have Acc 2003 nothing seems to work.

I have tried to import you cpxml file but was told that it is not well structured.

There may be more utilities available to you with ACC 2010.
