Time and Date Validation

Good Morning,



I need to validate data entered into a field, the data entered needs to be entered within a certain time over a range of two dates to accommodate a shift working pattern that is between 6pm, evening to following day at 6am. The reason is that I do not want data to be entered with either a future or past date, but actual, I need to prove to external auditors that the date cannot be entered outside this hence the validation, thanks
