    Printing form record issues

Hello I am pretty new to access. I have a database which consist of an invoice form including a subform which displays the payments made thus far. I am using a query to populate the subform. My query has the parameter criteria BETWEEN [Enter start Date: AND [Enter End Date:] which works fine. It shows me the cheque information for the dates entered, but when I try to preview the form through print preview or when I try to print the invoice, I am asked to enter the parameters twice. What am i doing wrong?

Most of us would have the user enter the criteria on a form. One advantage is that they will only have to enter them once.

Then somewhere in the query or report you're still referring to the bracketed criteria, or you have something misspelled, which will produce a parameter prompt.
