I have a table with 5 people with 6 fields of entry.
I have a separate form with 6 buttons and a drop down box to select the name of the individual who wants to add a record.

What is the best method to get an event procedure to add a new record to the appropriate field on table 1.
I have seen a few examples on various web pages but it seems very complicated.
