    Show all records.

ok i have 1 table and 1 query built.

in the table it looks like below
    JAN-2002
    FEB-2002
    MAR-2002
    etc etc etc

in the query i have the following along with some other fields

    MTH YR: [Month] & "-" & [Year]

the month is JAN FEB MAR
    they year is 2002 2003 2004

    so the end result matches
    JAN-2002

i have the table and the query in another query. most of the time the query in the query only has half of the months/year. i need all the months and years to show up even if there is no match.

i have the join properties set to 2: include all records from table and only those records from query where join fields are equal.

i was hoping this would show

    JAN-2002 15,000
    FEB-2002
    MAR-2002 20,000
    APR-2002

    MAY-2002 35,000

and so on and so forth.

i am sorry if i am being unclear and a little confusing, but i have no other way of explaining what i am doing.

    thanks
