    Duplication in a report

I am creating name tags for a convention.
I have a query that finds all names that have not been printed.
I created a report to print the name tags in two columns on a 4x3 in cards. (81/2 x11) they look good.
    The problem:
The query has the correct number of names and other info.
The report is based on the query.
When I Print preview the report it appears to have every name in the report duplicated over 6 times. However in the query it only shows up once as they should.
The name tag report should be 12 pages and now I am up to 6000+ pages. It looks like every time I run the report that it is adding to the previous report. Can this happen?

The Query that has the correct info in it. I also created a new report from scratch and it does the same thing. It duplicates the data several times.

Maybe if you could attach your db we could see what is happening.

It is full of names and private info. I will delete the names and fill with fake info and see if it does the same and will attach it if it fits.

Okay, I think I located the form and report. Did you check that this db exhibits the problem?

Yes, it did just before I attached it. Once you select the print ID's. A new window will be displayed where the user can verify which names to be printed. I selected all (70) and got 6000 pages, If I select 10 I get 6000 Pages. Try selecting none and I got1 page at one time. I did not check none last night. If there are 70 names and 6 id tags on a page there should be only be 12 page not 6000pages. the query that the ID report is using will find 10 names, but the report displayes 6000 pages.

Is anyone working on my problem?
Is the problem showing up for you?
I have build a new report and I have the same problem.
If I select one name it print 100 times, not once. bad
If I select 0 names no ID cards are printed. good
How do I see the code for Reports?
    My query is still good?
    Any suggestions?
