Change row-colors i subform datasheet view

I've a subform in datasheet view displaying the today scheduled jobs at our vet-office. Each record has a customerID, description and vetID. I would like to change the rowcolor depending on witch vet are registrated in the vetID-field.

    Is this possible?

One way would be to use Conditional Formatting (on the ribbon).
