Access Combo Box Refresh

Dear Friends

I want a macro or event to refresh combo box refresh.

I have a customer Form, with a Post Office field data populated from Post Office Table/Form as a combo box.

In Customer form , when try to enter new post office, it show the data is not in list.

So I give a macro : not in list : open post office and enter new record there,
I need that new record in my customer form , as a auto refresh.
I dont want to close and reopen the customer form

Pls. help me with a simple macro or event.
